Jacinta Lagasse is the Center’s Executive Director. Her pro-life background includes her time as the Center's Program Director and her work as a Junior Fellow with the Culture of Life Foundation, a Washington D.C. based institute committed to protecting the sanctity of life in the field of bioethics. She has also previously worked for several years of teaching in the field of Catholic education and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts.
With her background in education and pro-life work, she feels blessed to be directing the Women's Life Care Center in its critical mission and vision to uplift and empower families in need. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons.
Director of Client Services
Colleena Carlisle is the Director of Client Services at the Women’s Life Care Center. She leads development of services and programs, building and maintaining community relationships, and coordination of the Well-Life program. In 2018, she is also excited to become the center's second certified Life Coach. Previously, Colleena worked as a Program Coordinator for Hennepin County. She has worked in various communities throughout the metro area implementing and developing programs.
She graduated from University of Minnesota with a degree in Sociology: Law and criminal Deviance. She enjoys giving back to her community and finding solutions for those in need. Outside of work, Colleena enjoys drawing, photography, fitness, and spending time with her family and friends.
As a life coach, Mary assists our clients in raising awareness so they can solve their own issues and find effective ways to achieve their goals. Mary was certified as a life coach practitioner in January, 2018 after completing training through Learning Journeys, The International Center of Coaching. Mary’s previous professional background includes nonprofit development, corporate communications, community journalism and freelance writing. Mary has a M.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota. In 2017, she completed a two-year study program at The Archbishop Harry J. Flynn Catechetical Institute. In her free time, Mary and her husband, Richard, enjoy getting together with their energetic group of adult children.
Client Advocate & Spanish Interpreter
Ariadna Spencer was married in 2015 to Raymond at St Augustine Church in Queretaro Mexico. The Spencers do not yet have any children and being involved with the Life Care Center is a perfect fit. Her current position at the center is Client Advocate, and it involves program facilitation, lifestyle coaching, and other support activities. Ary is the also Spanish language translator and she helps provide a more comprehensive experience for the Latino community. Ary has been involved with missions every year to assist the poor and underprivileged children
near her home in Mexico. She founded, and managed Trompos y Pirinolas, an early childhood
developmental school. The age range of students was toddler to teenager.
During her 13 year tenure at Nestles in Mexico City, Ary’s focus was marketing and sales. She was a senior national account manager and created promotional programs for her customers. Ariadna pursued her advanced education in Marketing from the Niagara College Canada graduate program. And her undergrad degree earned is Business Admin -BS from University of Hidalgo, MX.
Her life now is even busier with her recent marriage. She and Ray are deeply involved in the Catholic faith. They are continually combining their US and Mexican culture together as they pursue a holy and virtuous life. Ariadna established a running club in Mexico before moving to Minnesota. She has run 4 marathons, and enjoys many other activities and sports with her husband. Her husband loves her wonderful cooking, her dedication to God, and spending time in Mexico with all of her family.
Julie began working for the Center in February 2017. She is the mother of six children, the oldest two of which are currently in college. Julie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She is excited to be involved in an organization dedicated to helping women and families as they make the commitment to raise their children in often challenging circumstances. Julie and her husband enjoy homeschooling their children and following their extra-curricular activities through church, athletics, and theater. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, and is always thankful to spend time with family and friends.
