During pregnancy, your body goes through many changes. Some common symptoms of early pregnancy include a missed period, nausea, breast tenderness, frequent urination, tiredness, and mood swings.

Most pregnancy tests are very reliable and accurate and will help us determine your status. However, to confirm that you are pregnant, a visit to an appropriate health care provider will be necessary.  Our center offers free pregnancy test as well as doctor referrals.

Did you know that taking the RU-486 pill (abortion pill) or having a surgical abortion can have serious side-effects?  You need up-to-date, accurate facts to understand the procedures, physical and psychological risks, and long term impact on your health. We provide medically accurate information on all abortion procedures and their associated risks based on information provided by the Minnesota Department of Health.We also provide referrals to healthcare professionals in your area.

While adoption is not an easy option to consider, we can offer you facts about positive outcomes for mothers who make adoption plans and information to make an informed decision. We offer referrals to qualified, caring adoption agencies and services.

If you are a parent or thinking about parenting we provide educational, financial and material assistance to help support you. These include resources and community referrals to help you with practical/material needs and Prenatal & Parenting Programs.
